1. Booking
Bookings for The Bolton Rosebank are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the required booking information and successful payment have been received and verified.
2. Guests
The apartment accommodates a maximum of two guests. Guests must provide accurate contact and booking information and comply with reasonable building and house rules during the stay.
3. Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00 unless a different arrangement has been confirmed by Manx Stays. Access instructions are supplied to confirmed guests as appropriate.
4. Apartment care
Guests are expected to treat the apartment, access cards, keys, furnishings and shared building facilities with care. Lost keys or access cards and damage caused by a guest may result in additional charges where applicable.
5. Cleaning
Additional cleaning is available for stays of four nights or more. Where selected, the applicable cleaning charge is shown before the booking is submitted.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through the payment method presented during checkout. A booking should not be considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and the booking system confirms the reservation.
7. Cancellations & changes
Cancellation, date-change and refund arrangements depend on the booking terms applicable to the reservation. Guests should contact Manx Stays as soon as possible if they need assistance with a booking.
8. Privacy
Guest information is handled in accordance with the Manx Stays Privacy Policy and applicable South African data-protection requirements.
