When you make an enquiry or booking, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, stay dates, number of guests and booking-related requests.
2. How we use information
We use guest information to process bookings, communicate reservation details, provide arrival and stay support, process payments through our payment provider and manage the accommodation service.
3. Payments
Payment details are handled through the applicable payment gateway. Manx Stays does not need to store your full card details in the accommodation booking system.
4. Calendar synchronisation
Where external booking calendars are synchronised, calendar information may be used to keep availability accurate across connected accommodation platforms.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect booking information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the accommodation service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain appropriate business records.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or other appropriate handling of your personal information by contacting Manx Stays.
